I never really understood whether Bounce was useful against spammers wanting to send me "College F&^* Book". My understanding was that most (many?) spammers don't use legitimated email addresses on their spam, so bouncing it back won't make much difference in reducing spam.
Could someone explain to this moron the uses of the Bounce button.
Please forgive my poor construction of my question, misterminibus.
The "moron" I made reference to was myself!! I am the moron who doesn't know what the Bounce button is for.
Please accept my apologies for any misunderstanding my stupidly constructed question has caused. I would never use that word in direct reference to anyone but myself.
accepted just a misunderstanding, the bounce button returns the email to the sender, stating I think - delivery failed. It doesnt stop spam but some people get a little satisfaction from returning it.
