I don't see why there's a lot of hate against the OP. It wasn't long ago there were all sort of articles, including on MacRumors, about how serious Apple and Steve took tiny details in packaging and elsewhere.

I recall things such as the dedicated employee for box opening experience, or Apple having a hundred different box designs and one where Steve jobs contacted Google to fix the colour of the yellow in the Google icon.

Apple is built on the foundation of "small details matter", and, not to make a mountain out of a mole hill, but combined with a whole other bag of quality issues this just adds to the argument that the foundation at Apple is starting to crack.

How else were they supposed to do it? On the larger boxes, the stickers ran both across the bottom, spanning the entire width of the box. Obviously they couldn't do that. And the original product info sticker was wider than the SKU sticker so it would be unbalanced if they left it the same size and placed it on top like this. I'm going through all the ways I think they could lay these stickers out and I'm pretty sure this is the most eye friendly way to do it. Wtf is un-apple anyway. Seriously. We have no idea what is un-apple because they could choose to make the most hideous box/product in the world tomorrow (hockey puck mouse anyone?).
