Bracket/Holder Needed

I'm looking for a holder/bracket/tripod or something in that order, to hold the 4S for video taking. I'd like to be able to set it on a table or clip it on a shelf, etc. Does such a product exist? If so, what is it called, how much is it, and where can I get it?

Would one of these suction mount not work? It has cutouts for the camera, and I'm presume you should be able to mount it on table or smooth surface.

Suction isn't versatile enough. I might want to set it on a wooden shelf or clamp it something.

I use the "In Your Face" for viewing movies, etc. Maybe it would also work for what you need.

This product is very close to what I'm looking for. I'd want to take a look at the back and see what is covered. I'd like to take a video of myself, and want to set up the phone beforehand. This might do the trick. Thanks
