I want a braided Lightning cable like the one shown in the photo, but I would like it to be an Apple approved cable so I don't ruin my phone and/or lose my money when it stops working after a week. Anyone know of anything that meets that criteria? I'd prefer something at least 6' in length.

oddly enough i got an anker recently and it already stopped working. i had heard they were the best after market brand.

Wow....they are expensive!!! $35 for a 2m cable?

So...the anker ones are identical apart from the USB connector and more than half the price...
Make sure you're comparing apples to apples. Anker is not lifetime warrantied. BelayCords has a USB connector that works in either direction. Whether or not those make the price difference worthwhile is up to the individual to determine. However, do not simply assume based on just products and price.

There are always cheaper and more expensive options. Make sure you understand them when comparing.

Fair enough but I've been using mine for about year now without any issues.

And you also have to consider a company has to exist for a lifetime to offer a lifetime warranty so those sorts of things are generally useless.

I can't speak for US law but in Europe we have a 2 year warranty as standard anyway...

Either way, I'm sure it's good. I just don't like the price much...

Looks like the Belay cable it is. I'll pay $35 for 6' seeing as how Belkin wants $30 for just 4'. Thanks for the suggestions.
