Braided Solo Loop Replacement

Purchased a braided Solo Loop last October. It's already starting to get a bit loose. I'd have thought for the best part of £100 it would have lasted a few years.

Anyone ever taken one back to Apple store and got them to replace it?

So I bought a charcoal size 12 braided solo loop in July 2021 (wrist size 8 3/16). Perfect fit with my product red series 6! But…after 8 months…stretched and wouldn’t stay firm on my wrist.

Took it into Apple and they replaced it with a red braided loop (ie as charcoal no longer available). Awesome service!!! Got a size 11 this time. A bit tight but okay! Well, 6 months later and it’s sliding down my wrist again with my S7 SS. Argh!

Now, the way they did the last return was issued me a full credit and then I repurchased the red band. So. I’m still within my 1 yr warranty for the red band! Might try returning it…for the same reason….for replacement!

These braided loops are tricky with fit!

I'll try this. I've got until 30th October so all I need to do now is find my receipt.
