I have a charcoal size 6 that I have had for a little over a year. I just purchased a starlight size 6 that fits very snug, just like the charcoal did. The charcoal now is stretched a bit and is a little too loose foR me. It is not so loose that I have to re-enter my code but still a little too loose for my taste. I am worried about the Starlight having the same issue. The 5 is very very snug and makes my wrist bulge just a bit when I tried it on…. My question is has anyone went down TWO sizes? I am wondering if I go for the 5, when it does finally stretch out, if it will fit better than my charcoal size 6, because there is less fabric?

Have you tried to wash and air dry the one that stretched a little? Just something to think about.

I have heard anecdotally that the “gen 2” braided loops (Fall 2021 and later) seem to resist stretching better than the original set introduced with the Series 6 watches. If you look closely at the weaving on your 2 bands, you will notice they are slightly different, with the newer Starlight band feeling smoother. Some people here are saying that the newer weave doesn’t stretch as much, though I can’t say for sure if that is the case.

Yeah I do see/feel a slight difference. Interesting. I still think I may suck it up and exchange my 6 for a 5… it’s a tough decision especially with them being so expensive.

Hello, my braided solo loop is stretched and now it feels loose on my wrist, can I fix it?

You can shrink it back to origami size by washing it in a pants pocket in the clothes washer and then drying it in the clothes dryer.
