Hi All,

My internal SSD hard drive is filling up faster than expected and my Library--> Mail is about 44 GB. I need to have all the messages active (not archived) always. Can I move my Library--> Mail to another disk and move forward as usual?

I called Apple-- they referred me to HawkWings.net -- I didn't see anything on there that would help me solve this problem

Thank you.
Andy

A symlink would solve your issue, I assume that's mentioned on there. Basically, move it over, then create a symlink in the original location pointing to the new file. I don't remember the technique to create those, so I'm sure someone else will chime in with it if you don't find it on Google first.
