[ios 15 beta 4] Brand new iPhone 13 Pro not charging. 60w Ravpower adapter to Aukey USB-C to Lightning cable. Charged like 5% in a half hr. Worked fine with my previous 12 pro. Plugged in right now, actually dropping battery %. Somethings wrong.

Anyone else?

Probably due to optimised charging. What’s the battery percentage right now?

I turn optimized charging off.
I was stuck at 25%.
Plugged in dropping to 24%.

Unplugged wall adapter and cable? Rebooted phone.
Now it works.

Getting 23 watts.

But something is up.
Never had this issue.
Possible hardware issue?
Saw some other reports of this on Reddit.

I’ve seen this on our iPads at work. One of them stopped taking a charge altogether. Hope you have a local Apple store.

That behavior isn’t unheard of. I occasionally have had to reboot my phone for it to accept a charge. Older phone on an older version of iOS though.
