So i have purchased an iphone 6s last week and i am encountering some problems with it.
First day it came, it charged really really slowly, it barely had 22 percent after one hour plugged(powered off straight out of box). It eventually charged 45 percent and i had to leave so i took it with me. After couple hours, at 30 percent battery it powered off randomly. I tried to power it on and after showing me that no battery animation it would power on and power back off after some seconds.
That happened on ios9. I proceeded to update it next day to ios11 and this stopped happening but instead something else happens now: sometimes the battery would drain incredibly fast, mostly starting from 70 and under at a rate of 2percents/minute. This happens only when playing/browsing and if i realise it is draining and closing apps it would stop.
Notes:
Under “battery” there is nothing unusual.
Under “Background app refresh” there is nothing checked.
Anyone else encountered this kind of problem? Any clue to whether it is software or hardware related? Thanks to everyone in advance.
