Hello! I have a new iPhone 16 Pro (bought in March, sealed, not activated). Since the moment I bought it, I have a defective back glass - it makes a clicking sound when I press lightly on the glass. I want to note that this click occurs over a fairly large area between the lidar and the apple logo. This click does not affect the functionality of magsafe or anything else, but it really irritates me because I hear it when I hold the phone between my shoulder and ear during a call. I encountered the same problem on my old iPhone 13 Pro, but there the click was completely unnoticeable. There was no such problem on the 14 pro. Also, my friends do not have this problem either.
In addition, I had another iPhone 16 Pro, which I sold because it had a terrible GVC display, which distorted colors very much when tilted, and there was no such click there.
I can not officially contact Apple, because it is not in my country. I just want to know how often users encounter this problem and is there any solution? I'm attaching a video of what it looks like:
