Brand new MBP i7 15inch, Battery problems.

So my brand new i7 15inch MBP came yesterday and its been awesome untill now.

The battery has been fully calibrated, I let the battery full drain untill it went to sleep, left it off for at least 10 hours then as I was fully charging it this morning it was stuck at 99%. What gives?
I tried draining it to 92% then charging it again but its still stuck at 99%. I then drained it all the way down to 10% and fully charged it, still stuck at 99%.

Also, the battery is pretty terrible, lasting about 3-4 hours at most, is anyone else's like this?

Yes I understand what you pointed out to me however, the MageSafe is still lit Amber so that is indicating it is still charging, even when it has been at 99% for a good 10+ minutes.
Also, when it is at 99%, the time which shows how long until it will be fully charged seems to be going backwards, so from 5 minutes to 7 minutes and so on.
