Brand new MBP trackpad won't click

I just received brand new 15" MacbookPro in the mail today and the trackpad doesn't seem to be working. Looks to me like it's stuck down (clicking part isn't flush with rest of body). I can't even get past second setup window, first setup window allowed me to use enter but second window gives me an error beep when i try to press enter. Any suggestions other than bringing it in to store?

The trackpad is fastened tight at the top with the clicking mechanism at the bottom only. Think of it like it's hinged at the top.

Apple store, or you can also send it right back to Apple and ask for a new one.
