UPS just delivered my NEW iWatch and it appears it is not charged. I bought it from an Authorized Apple dealer over the Internet. In trying to pair it to my phone, I tried turning it on by holding down the button like it said to do but never could get it to react/turn on. I connected it to outlet and plugged in charger and a squiggly line came up with a green thing at top but then it went to black screen. Is that a good sign? I have been reading some of posts on here and it appears it should have some % of charge out of the box. I am worried I have an issue already! Please help me!

Give it an hour or so on the charger undisturbed - then try setting up and pairing... nothing to worry about.
Thank you! Please - Stay tuned.......

My wife's watch was the same. Takes a long time to charge from totally uncharged but it will be fine.

[doublepost=1463452073][/doublepost]Thanks MartyCan. After 2 hours of charging, it performed very nicely! So far really enjoying it!
