Received my brand new built to order RMBP 13-inch and noticed it has a black dead pixel in lower left corner.

I don't want to wait for another one and already set-up this one.

Booked a genius appointment tomorrow, will Apple give me an issue with replacing the screen? How is there policy? Its a black dead pixel and machine is brand new.
 
It used to be that early LCD panels almost couldn't be made without some dead/hot pixels. Seems much better now but I think Apple's approach will be different depending on:

If you want to return within 14days, no reason required so they will undoubtedly swap it.

Warranty - not so sure, you would need to ask them.
 
Brand new, just bring it in with your receipt and tell them you want to exchange the laptop.
