Brand-new rMBP battery

Do you guys immediately plug it in? Let it discharge to 20% then plug in, leave it plugged in all the time taking it off only when you're going to be away from the desk?

What's everyone's strategy for the rMBP?

Just use it how you feel like

I just do exactly what I want, my 2010 battery is still fine and so I haven't even given the one on my 2013 rMBP a second thought to be honest.

You don't need one, use it when you need, charge it when you can.
