View your wrist temperature data
- On your iPhone, open the Health app.
- Tap Browse, then tap Body Measurements.
- Tap Wrist Temperature.

You need 5 nights to establish a baseline before it will display temperature data. It only measures during the night while sleep tracking is active, there is no way to measure on-demand.

I'm hopeful that Apple will use this year to gather data, so that WatchOS 10 brings some more functionality to the temperature sensor. Right now it's almost useless unless you're using it for cycle tracking.
FYI wrist temperature doesn't factor into the calculations for the amount of time spent asleep but you can compare the data manually in the health app. So only useful if you're checking that comparison chart each day.And sleep tracking.
