Brave Browser draining battery

Hey there, I am a big fan of the Brave Browser due to the privacy features and noticed it has been draining the battery on my 2020 MBP. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Not me, on both of my Macs: late 2018 Mac Mini, and mid 2017 Mac Book Air.

It could be dependent on the page(s) you're browsing, and/or if you leave a ton of tabs open at all times. I see the opposite - Brave does pretty well under battery power compared to Chrome or Firefox. Obviously, on a Mac, Safari is the best when it comes to battery life.
