Before I got the Braided Solo loop, I used Apple's Sport Loop, which is very soft and very breathable. Since you indicated you want to go third party, try the following link, as it looks like a Apple clone.

Sport Loops are very comfortable and adjustable.
Braided solo loops are super comfortable but NOT adjustable obviously.
