Bricked Iphone Edge Can I jailbreak again?

I have an Iphone edge that I jailbroke and I hooked it up to Itunes a while ago and now its basically useless it has a picture of Steve Jobs and some russian writing when I turn it on. Is there any way I can jail break it again, if so how?

Restore it in iTunes then rejailbreak with redsn0w.

Itunes doesn't recognize the Iphone

Put it into DFU mode (Google it) and restore it to 3.1.3.
