Seiously, I jailbraked it and installed intelliscreen

I saw it wasnt free so I deleted it and that rock app it installed

now its stuck on the spinning whell and the phone cant even be turned off

any help?

that's a brick Iphone, don't feel bad I made the same mistake and have to do the same thing. I can get into my phone though just not Cydia. :(

It is possible to permanently brick the iPhone. It's just the only way to do it is waaaaayyy too complicated for the average persons to accomplish.

You need to know command line know-abouts in the iPhone scene, more specifically the baseband portion. Using the current available tools, its is *IMPOSSIBLE* to brick your phone.
