Does anyone have a link documenting the specific combos of BridgeOS and macOS that come together for the 7,1 specifically. Presumably installing a newer macOS version brings a BridgeOS update, but does that cause any issues for earlier system versions when multi-booting?

It's not a table but you can extrapolate pretty easily.

Latest firmware version shouldn't cause issues with earlier macOS versions.

I have a brand new Mac Pro 7.1 being shipped to me. So pretty good timing there.
Will check what versions it has installed, when it arrives

You can't downgrade BridgeOS or anything else except macOS with T2 Macs, so, why bother? I've stopped tracking it long ago:

Interestingly that site says that the latest iBridge for T2 Macs is 23.16.11072.0.0,0 yet mine (a 2020 iMac) is running 23.16.12048.0.0,0.

The Mac Pro came with macOS Tahoe 26.1 installed 😡
So there is no way for me to find the original version
I would like to ask why you prefer the older firmware version. New updates typically fix bugs and security vulnerabilities found in previous versions.
