Is there a way when the iPhone is plugged into the dock (and charging) to keep the brightness from dimming? Of course I want it to dim when its not in the dock for power saving and what not.

Not true...when the iphone is plugged in the dock and playing itunes, it will dim after 1 min (which corresponds to the autolock feature), but it does not go black..

I just turned off the autolock feature (set to never) and that seems to have fixed it, but it looks like i will have to manually put it to sleep for for this to work right (without killing the battery).
