I honestly prefer black rather than Space Grey but I cannot stand the white front so I really don't care if it comes back as long as the front is still black.
If I had to choose, though, then it would be black.

I'd like to see more options for those of us who prefer a black front. The iPhone 7 is a step in the right direction as it offers two choices instead of one. But if you prefer the white front you have: red, gold, rose gold and silver.

Personally I would like a Jet black iPad even a jet white(if called that) with black bezels for both iPad and iPhone and color me happy pun intended.

I used to refer to it as Spaced Out Gray. No one ever really seemed to get the joke.

Idk tbh.

I initially liked the look of Space Grey because of the then new sexy design. Then it got old already after 2 years. I also didn't like at all how the white faced iPhones really received all the love the past few generations, neglecting the black face which was then stuck with SG 2013-2016 - white iPhones got Champagne with 5s, Gold with 6 (just a champagne clone but still), Rose Gold with 6s, in addition to the standard silver, yeah enough.

Anyways,

Black and Jet Black strike a balance between retaining the now iconic (and even timeless?) 6 design while also ensuring both have a very futuristic look to them, featuring how they are a technically modernised version of the 6 - deciding which black to get was incredibly difficult for me but I'm very happy with Jet Black.

I like the space grey too. It's a shame they don't offer it anymore on the new phones as it would be nice to have a phone that matches my MacBook Pro!

While Matte black has grown on me for my 7, I still love the space gray look on my 6s+, but especially my SE.

Unfortunately I don't see Apple bringing back the space gray color. Which is a shame.
