British Super Bikes

    These were taken with 1D Mk II N and 100-400 and were during the practice/qualifying sessions. I didn't manage to take any of actual racing due to being obligated with the Triumph Challenge series (for which I was there to cover). I could have covered Sunday's race, but the weather at the track was the worst I've ever seen.

    This was my first time shooting bikes, they're a totally different beast to the cars that I'm used to shooting.

    Just an awesome weekend...

    Those are awesome...and to think all I took pictures over the weekend were kittens.

    Love the effects you captured of the heat coming out of the tailpipes. Great panning too.

    Great photos!

    I can see you've got some top notch kit at your disposal, but it's the person that's standing behind the camera that's most important. :)

    They're fantastic! What I'd give for use of a lens like that!

    Amazing. At 2.8, that is just amazing to me. I know the 1DII focuses fast ,but still. Very nice.
