Broadband question regarding internet usage.

I am thinking of down-grading my broadband connection to save money. Currently I have unlimited usage and a 8MB Broadband connection. I am thinking of downgrading to a capped usage in order to save money.

My question is - is there an app in OSX that tells me how much I am actually using a month?

SurplusMeter will do it.
Just remember that it keeps track of ALL information sent in or out of your network. Including bonjour, share points, etc...
