Broke my 6, $299 Replace or Sell on eBay?

I dropped my iPhone 6 64gb last week. It is $299 to replace at the Apple store. Or I can sell it on eBay, which looks like I can get $250-$350 for it.

Is it worth it to get the new phone from Apple for $299? Any suggestions?
