Broken App Store

So basically, two problems. First,
The App Store has a messed up tabs layout. Second, I keep getting an "too many HTTP redirects error" on both LTE and WiFi when I try to access the Top 25 and Categories pages.

The phone is fresh from a DFU restore as new.

The problem has been resolved. I think it was a corrupted iOS software package that iTunes was restoring from. I deleted it, did another DFU restore, and everything's dandy again.
