Because you're still under the 1 year applecare warranty.
You can get 10 replacements while still covered.
What he meant is if the 30 days are up from your original purchase date you cant return the phone, get a refund and purchase a white one for example.

OhHhhhHHHHhhHHhhHh I get it now, what I'm just gonna do, is go there, see what they say, and accept whatever happens, cuz I just want a working camera again lmao
 
Well, I got a replacement phone and the camera works! :D but, I asked about switching for a white one, he said no -_- but oh well, now every one knows! :D lol
