hi there

can anyone help me... i dropped my phone (down concrete stairs at work) and screen smashed and is falling apart. not sure if it is on or not i don't think so!
i have looked online about getting photos off the phone but all asking for a passcode!! clearly i cannot put in a passcode on the phone...

can anyone please help me? i haven't backed up on itunes or icloud.... i thought i had on itunes but i went to the last restore and nope that hasn't worked!!

it is beyond repair!! i have managed to get some files but they are asking for a passcode/1 does anyone know please a way to get past the passcode! i would be so grateful as these pictures are needed for weds at work
 
possibly.... we have lots of computers at work.... and i know i used a couple and did trust them.... my god this is bad news ! i am also really relcatnt to get screen repaired for it to be binned (if you know what i mean) and i am really not made of money
 
Contact a third party repair shop, ie not one affiliated with Apple, and ask what they would charge to temporarily install a screen to see if a passcode can be entered.
I did this at a previous job on a regular basis with a high degree of success.

I'm sorry to say, there's no way past the passcode. In iOS devices, the passcode encrypts the device and entering it is the only way to access the data.

Agreed. Considering it wouldn't be worth accessing without the necessary repair.

Yes thought I did and can't find it anywhere!!! And I mean I've check iCloud, pictures on laptop, iTunes even plugged it into a windows computer and tried to retrieve that way!
