Are they covered by AppleCare? My "D" key fell out and I need to know if they will replace it or will I have to buy a set of keys?

    It depends.
If it broke when you were doing something wrong (like taking the key off and cleaning it) they wont replace it.
But if it was a factory defect, they should replace it for you.

Take it to genius bar and see.

I did nothing to the keys, I just noticed it was a little lose one day, but I never bothered to fix it, but today, it poped out by itself.

Take it to apple, explain it to the genius and you will most likely get it fixed for free.

Funny, my "D" also broke. Just three week ago went to a genius and they repaired within 5 minutes to a new "D". For free, no questions asked.

Waiting for someone to create a poll with 105 possible key which could break:p
