Broken screen on iPhone 4

My other half as broken her front screen & rear cover on her iPhone 4 😡

Apart from going to apple where would i get them replaced or is it easy enough to change my myself?

I know in my area I have seen post on craigslist that offer to fix this. Other then that there is sites you can send it in to be repaired.
