So yesterday I did the hdd upgrade on my 2011 mac mini, and in the process I broke one of the fan screws. Then one on the lower right to be exact. Where can I get a new one?

If you ask nicely, a Genius Bar may be able to provide you with one, though they do not promote self repairs and upgrades on the Mini. Amazon generally carries screw sets for recent Macs, as well as the iFixit parts store.
