Hi, I'm having trouble with safari settings to save data download
what browser is recommended for Iphone 4 that like IE, you can choose not to show pictures?
 
Atomic Browser has the option in Settings > Other Controls to toggle Display Images ON/OFF. Scroll down in Settings to reach Other Controls.

Is this what you mean?
