My browser has been attacked by FBI surveillance copy write bug asking for money to unlock my browser it looks official but it is bogus what can I do to stop
 
It's a scam. Don't fall for it.

Force quit Safari by holding [Command]+[Option]+[Escape]. Then hold [Shift] and launch Safari again. Avoid the site that gave you that message.
