Hi all,
I'm currently using Safari as my browser, but given the fact that my current phone works with Android I can't sync tabs with it.
What's the best, lightest and efficient browser for both laptop and smartphone that would allow tab syncing in your opinion?
I know Chrome as the classic choice, but I've heard bad things about the browser - mainly linked to battery drain and overheating.
What's your take on this?
Thanks for the help :)

I've been a long-time Chrome user but was not pleased with the battery drain and resources taken up by it. I switched to Opera (Windows/OSX/Android) and it has been terrific across the platforms.

I can't offer you another suggestion because I'm using Safari, but here's another vote to stay away from Chrome. I found a significant impact on battery drain and overheating with it - really only the last several months. It was working fine for me before.

Sorry to be an annoying pedant but before this thread gets too far in the 'overheating' direction -- no software can make a MacBook overheat. Some software can make it run hot, but it won't overheat.

So Opera seems the best solution so far. What about Firefox?
Are there third-party apps that could sync tabs between Safari on Mac and my Android browser?
