I was just hit with the desire to decide once and for all what the best browser for me is. I've been using Safari, and have downloaded Firefox, Camino, and Shiira. (I have IE, of course, just because. Okay, please forget I just said that.) I at least kinda like them all. Any comparisons? Please, don't say "They're all good, stick with whatever you're used to." I want to look at them all. I've read a little about Camino and Firefox but know next to nothing about Shiira, plus what little I know about any of them is mostly like "this browser seemed faster."

Are there any concrete comparisons of features and strengths and weaknesses? Or is there a site anyone can direct me to where they've got side-by-side benchmarks and features comparisons?

Thanks so much!

I personally like Safari (used IE, Camino, Foxfire, and Mozilla). As soon as Safari gets RSS it should move up on everyones list. People like Foxfire more because of some of the extra features, like the FIND feature is really nice. Hats off to them for that.

I don't like Foxfire and Mozilla because of the extra window that show up. What I mean is, open either up, then use Expose to show all windows, and there will be this small box that can't be closed. It annoys me.

I don't think anyone has done a comparison because its apples and oranges. You like what you like, and sometimes speed isn't everything.

My favorite browser is Camino. I find it a lot faster than Safari, espcially with lots of tabs open. Safari really slows to a crawl if you open too many tabs. Sorry, no benchmarks, but I'm certain that Camino loads pages faster, and runs faster all around.

I prefer the tab implementation in Camino over FireFox's, so FireFox is out. Also, there was some intangile about FireFox that I just don't like, maybe the interface overall just turned me off. Plus, I didn't find it to be faster than Camino, so there was no real reason to go with it.

The only feature missing from Camino that I really wish it had, is spell checking. I really liked Safari's "Check spelling as you type" feature, and I miss it when using Camino.

My choice is safari, no reason, can't be bother to try other ones out.

Is other broswer any good?
