Browser stalls for 2-30 seconds

Once or twice a day my internet connection will stall when loading a new page. I ran Speedtest and the needle stopped in the middle of the test for 5 seconds before advancing to 100 Mbps.

Could it be my TimeCapsule? How can I check it?
