Hi, does anyone if there are any browsers that allows you to have a fixed bookmark bar on the side? It should be quite obvious, but I just can't seem find anything.

Furthermore, are there any iPad browsers that can monitor and detect changes to sites in a given time interval?

What I'm looking for is similar to the Update Scanner in Firefox.

Is there anything equivalent?

Thanks for reading!

For the former, you can switch to landscape mode and use the bookmarks icon in Safari which gives you the sidebar. Then safari works just like mail. For the latter, I don't think its possible on a non-jailbroken device at least.
