Mi Macs have problem with YouTube (playing in Safari). Right after updating from Ventura 13.1 to Ventura 13.2 on MacBookPro 2021 (chip: Apple M1 Pro), Youtube now says "Your browser can't play this video." inside where it used to play the video. It worked perfectly for Safari playing YouTube on Ventura 13.1.

I tried restarting computer (it will play for 30 seconds, then hang, then same "your browser can't play this video".
I tried reinstalling Ventura 13.2 (holding power button while powered off and click options gear to get the reinstall option). Same problem as above.

I read on the internet somewhere that Ventura 13.2 doesn't have same problem for intel Macs. My browser is latest version (Safari 16.3)

Try to disable extensions if you have some. And try other browsers as well (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).

Don't have such issue on MBP 16 with M1 Pro.

I left a couple suggestions to your prior post
Why not install the latest safari technical preview if those don’t work.

If all else fails you do a DFU restore from ASR backup you made to external storage. That is complete wipe and factory rest of FW, with a fresh OS install. Use migration assistant with ASR volume. Most do this with a appointment at a Apple Store.
