I went to random websites with video, Apple Trailers website and my own video upload to test this out. Both Safari and Firefox crash everytime I click on a video to watch it. I have not done anything different with the system only change I have done is install Parallels. Here is the crash report

You're on 10.4.7? Maybe start by installing the 10.4.10 combo update from Apple. It looks like your problem is QuickTime-based. There are a few thing we can try, but update your OS first. After updating it with the combo update, run Software Update to make sure everything else is the latest version, especially QuickTime. :)
