Seems this will be available in June. Looks a good upgrade with a massive trackpad and a more secure way of connecting.

Anybody tempted?

Now they have fixed the gestures issue i think this is a good option.

This was recently introduced on the MR website with a video. I think it looks like a good alternative to the other options out there but on eWorld have to evaluate how much wobbling happens when tapping the screen.

The other area of caution would be the trackpad - will accidental taps happen with such a large trackpad and will that leave a mark in your workflow.

Pre-ordered already. I’m a little concerned when I start reading about firmware updates to get multi touch to work on their current models. Also not crazy about another battery to deal with, but I like the overall design more than the Magic Keyboard.

I preordered also. $100 less expensive than MKB. Like function key row. Charginguse same as iPad, so just plugging into keyboard every 2-3 months probably not a big deal. Brydge makes a good product and the magnet connections on this seem to be better than the clamps used on previous keyboards.

I had the early versions before trackpad support.

I enjoyed the look & presentation. They've changed how the iPP is attached to the keyboard which was the biggest hangup. Especially if you undocked your iPP often, the original clamps were a cause for concern.

The real biggest issue though was weight. It's a quality product made of a slab of aluminum. If you're one who is concerned about weight when carrying the whole thing, that's something to consider.

As I said though, I thought it was a quality product. Although I obviously missed out on the trackpad and it's issues. The trackpad came out so soon after I got mine, I couldn't justify buying another unit, with the same clamps design.
