Hi All,

So for those that own a Brydge Pro+ with trackpad have you signed up for the new beta firmware that is coming out shortly? It seems that they are going to release an update that will fix a lot of the trackpad issues and hopefully make the trackpad more useful and similar in functionality to Apples.

Fingers crossed the beta firmware comes out soon.

I received my email regarding the beta firmware update last night, installed it this morning, and it was everything I really wanted. Swipe left to delete in iMessage/email was my biggest gripe. So far, it's a great update.

Just received my invite and installed via TestFlight.

its excellent it really feels like a different machine now, all my gestures now work two finger and three finger Gestures all very smooth with no jerkiness!

Another firmware update today version 1.5.8 just installed it.

The last update was great so happy I bought it now.

Looking for my forward to the official release for this new firmware. It’s the reason I took the leap and got the brydge pro+ for my iPad Pro This week.

There was a new beta update yesterday version 2.0.5 they said it is the final update before the launch of the official release.

FYI - Just got a notification that it released. App Store didn’t show there was an update until i search for the app and viewed its page. Then it showed there was an update. So I am now trying out the newest 2.0 firmware.

What do you think so far?

Interesting that you comment on this one after the other one I posted that stated it was released. If I had waited a Day I would have received my answer. So far it is working better, will need to see how it goes long term. So far there is less jumping around and even typing is better as it isn’t randomly selecting other parts of the screen for me.

So I have had a chance to use the new firmware for the past 2 days. All of my issues seemed to be solved. 1) The touch pad is now smooth, 2) Keyboard wake from sleep is faster and more consistent, 3) The random cursor jumping while typing also seems to not be an issue any longer. It also adds more multi touch options giving it basic parity with my MacBook Pro.
