I don't normally create topics of my own, especially to ask questions that are probably pretty obvious, but this one I couldn't seem to locate an answer to. I restored and updated to 1.1.2, following with a Jailbreak. Unfortunately I can't seem to find BSD Subsystem in Installer, even when "viewing all".

None of the BSD Subsystem binaries are on the device, so I know that they aren't already there from the new GUI process (I still much prefer the manual method, but what can you do). So does anyone have any insight for me? Is there a source I should add? (I do have Community Sources installed.)

Thanks a ton.

It seems that one of the sources was simply not responding, but now seems to be returning the list correctly.

My apologies for creating a thread so impulsively.

Same here

I've refreshed the sources half a dozen times since jailbreaking 1.1.2 ..Still no BSD showing in installer? The refresh is also really slow.

Anyone have any idea of what may be at fault?

I think it's the volume of traffic from jailbreakers. Took me a few refreshes but I got it to pop up.
