iOS BTLE Tx Power

im writing an enterprise app for a customer that requires the TX power on the iOS device to be at max power -- this is anot an AppStore app, but internal enterprise for medical. Does anyone know how I can hack the TX power on the BTLE chip in on the iPad to max power?
