Just placed my order and when checking out, it listed 3-4 weeks before shipping. Expecting delivery May 8? Really though?

I'm in the US. I ordered 256gb, 1.3ghz, space grey.

I was on the fence for the 1.3 (i dont think the 20% would ever matter in real world to me.. but then again i didnt mind spending 20% more on the unit either). I would have bought the 1.3/256, but the 3 more weeks killed it. I think Apple should have stocked these SKUs up front. they would have had my $250 and probably a lot of others

I was 100% ready to get the 1.3/512 gold regardless of the price increase, but when I saw it is 3-4 weeks I also decided to just get the 1.2/512 gold since its shipping today. After waiting all of March, there was no way I was going to wait all of April for .1 ghz. I'll keep the extra $150.

^^^This...I was ready to spend the extra $250 for the 1.3, but not wait another 3-4 weeks 😡
(i guess i'll use that $250 for AppleCare for this 1st Gen. product, actually only $174 through Amazon)

Where is the option for the 1.3. I don't see it on the website.
Nevermind. I see it. First pick one of the 2 configurations when it comes up as an option before adding to the cart.
