If you build a computer to order (like upgrading graphics card) are you still allowed the 14 day return? How does this work?

I've never done it myself but I believe the 14 day window is replaced by a period in which a restocking fee applies.

Unfortunately the answer to this question is, depends where you live. In certain countries you can return as normal, in others if it isn't broke they aren't taking it back.
