BTO vs CTO

    Sorry for being stupid, but I've seen both.

    BTO = Build to Order
    CTO = Customized to Order?

    Same thing unless CTO means something else. I assume people use them interchangeably.

    I was thinking the same thing. Built to Order and Custom to Order. But isn't that the same thing?

    Then whats BTO? If that means build to order, isn't that the same thing?
