Buffalo External Harddrive is missing

Just moved my office and since the move my Buffalo External 1.5TB harddrive does not mount on my MacBook Pro desktop. When it is turned on, it makes a clicking noise on and off for about a minute. Opened Time Machine, and it does not recognize the hard drive. Any advice?
