Bug in TV OS 15?

All too often when I open the TV app on TV OS 15 and the screen jumps out of place and scrolls to the bottom or the middle when I have not touched the remote. A bug? Anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't experienced that one yet, but there are a few glitches I’ve encountered with apps on tvOS 15 on my ATV 4K 2017. Philo, which has always been buggy, is way more buggy under 15. It closes itself and acts up a lot more than before. The new 2021 remote acts up on occasion and seems to have a bit of issue with the circular pad at top. I have it set to "click only", and it seems oversensitive and clicks down when it shouldn't. They also changed the screen dimming to start after a very short period, which I hate. There is no need for dimming the screen unless it sits idle for 5 minutes, but within seconds it will dim now.

I have a huge projector screen, so I actually kind of appreciate it dimming down when idle, as the thing really lights up the whole room. Agreed, though, the time limit should totally be configurable.
