Bug or Feature with iOS 26 Phone & Messaging app ?

I'm getting notifications from spam where as on iOS 18 I didn't, and I Didn't change a thing. What's going on with this problem in iOS 26 ? Is it a bug or intended? If it's intended I'm rolling back
